Cafeteria Plans Offer Increased Insurance Options

Allowing indviduals to purchase health insurance plans through employers' cafeteria plans increases insurance portability, decreases health insuranc costs, and offers consumers more options.  It's also a benefit to employers as it offers tax advantages as well as decreased human resources costs.  "Serving Up More Options in Health Insurance through Cafeteria Plans" examines these and other benefits in detail.  Read the news release.
